Absent
... from the body, my precious Papa is present with his Lord and Savior. I can hardly write what I know to be true. On Sunday, October 2 at 5:15 am my dearest Papa stepped into eternity. His faith has become sight, he sorrows no more.
My heart-felt love and sympathy goes to my precious friends, the Honey Family as well as to Papa's daughter, 2 sons and their families. We grieve not as those who have no hope, but we grieve. May the Lord amaze you with the comfort only He can give. I will certainly miss his dear face and ready smile! I am so sorry for your loss.

I am so sorry, Chessa. So happy for him that he is reunited with Gigi and they are rejoicing with Jesus, but so sad for your huge loss. Your love for them was so amazing to watch...Praying for you and your family as you grieve and adjust to life without him...

Grieving with your family in your deep, deep loss now and so thankful for the Hope you have in Christ of seeing your dear Papa again... <3

I've thought about you a lot this week, Chessa, and I'm praying for your family. I'm sure your emotions are very mixed. I'm rejoicing with your Papa!
